Return Policy

Electronic Versions

We are unable to accept returns for eBooks, downloadable PDFs, or other electronic versions of items sold on this website. Once purchased, electronic formats cannot be refunded.

If you experience difficulty with an electronic file we provided, contact Christine@YouAreWhatYouSee.com. NOTE: we are unable to assist in any way with your electronic device and e-mails on that topic cannot be answered.

Print Versions

Returns are accepted within 14 days of the date that you received your order. Books must be returned in original, salable condition. Your packing slip provides specific return instructions and addresses — please refer to it for details.  Please include the original packing slip and mail to:

Once the returned item has been received, refund will be made to the account used at time of purchase (PayPal, Amazon, credit card).

Bulk orders of 20 or more copies are non-returnable.

We will refund your online purchase if you:

  • Return new books, unopened and in their original condition.
  • Include your packing slip and completed returns form.
  • Return within 14 days of the shipment date listed on your packing slip.

Note:

  • Shipping charges are not refundable.
  • Returns made within 14 days of the shipment date will be refunded in the form of the original payment method.
  • Lost your packing slip? Please contact Christine@YouAreWhatYouSee.com to obtain return instructions. Please include your order number and date of purchase in the body of your message. Customers outside of the U.S. may contact us at 651-206-7787.
  • You should receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package over to be shipped. In many cases, however, refund will be received more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, processing of the returned item once received, and time required for your bank to process our refund request. You should be notified by e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.
